Fashion Summer Camps 2025

Saddle up for a summer of style at our Western Icon Revival Fashion Camp, where students aged 7 through their teens will design and create their very own statement waistcoat! Inspired by the latest cowboy-core trends seen on icons like Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter and Dua Lipa, campers will explore the bold, fringe-filled world of Western fashion. From sketching to stitching, this hands-on camp blends creativity, pop culture, and fashion-forward flair — perfect for young designers ready to turn heads and strut their stuff, rodeo-style!

Whether your child is a complete beginner or already loves creative activities, this camp offers the perfect chance to unleash their imagination and bring their ideas to life. Guided by skilled tutors, they’ll explore every step of the fashion design process, from sketching their vision to creating a finished garment they can proudly show off.

Ready to ride into the spotlight? Let your inner fashion star shine! Camp time 9.30am to 1.30pm daily.

During the camp, your child will:
✨ Build creative confidence through design research and mood boards
🎨 Experiment with colours, fabrics, and textures
🧵 Learn technical sewing and garment-making skills in a fun, hands-on way
👗 Create a unique design to showcase at the end of the camp
✂️Upcycle old jeans into something new

UPCYCLING

Denim is such a versatile material, and repurposing old jeans to create jewellery and bags is a fun, sustainable way to upcycle. For students, this could be a fantastic project that combines creativity and hands-on skills.

Items: They could make things like:

Denim Earrings: Cutting small denim circles or squares and adding beads or buttons

Denim Bracelets: Braiding or stitching strips of denim together, perhaps with added embellishments like studs or sequins.

Necklaces: Similar to bracelets, but longer pieces of denim could be used with added charms or fabric flowers.

Denim Shorts: Turn an old pair of jeans into denim shorts!

Give your child an unforgettable summer filled with creativity, fun, and fashion magic! Perfect for families across Ireland looking for a camp that inspires, educates, and entertains.

WHATS NEEDED FOR CAMP: The great news is, we have Summer Camp Bundles that are available to purchase from our online store! With a great selection of fabrics, denim, faux leather along with some Western inspired embellishments like studs, fringing, patches and  lots more. Students will also create their own embellishments. The possibilities are endless when it comes to combining wool and ribbon for a western-inspired look.

Testimonials

I’d like to take the opportunity to let you know that Laoise is a changed girl since she started your after school classes in September! As she has some co-ordination issues there aren’t many after school activities that she enjoys but she is loving project fashion. Inez is especially kind and we are delighted with the boost to her self esteem when she finishes one of the pieces.

My daughter has had the most amazing experience during the past couple of months – her first time with Project Fashion. Paul, Lisa and the rest of the team taught my daughter excellent sewing and designing skills as well as such self-sufficiency when working on a project. It’s fantastic to see her doing something she loves with such confidence and pride. Now I need her to whip up a jacket or two for me! Sincere thanks Paul.
