Ideal solution for students attending Project Fashion’s workshops, this kit will bring you peace of mind, as all fabrics and accessories should cover your needs, including stiffening and decoration items.
The materials indicated in the below list should cover your consumption for the garment + a little extra leftover to accessorize or add details (belts, pockets, etc…).
Please Note :
The fabrics – and other trims – yardage calculation is estimated as a recommended average consumption.
Trims Required:
3 metres of 20mm wide bias binding.
Here are details of the fabric needed: (The measurements below show how much fabric is necessary when you choose a fabric of a specific width)
- Fabric width: 150 cm:
General Fabrics:
- 3 Meters from size 8 to 12
- 3.5 Meters from size 14 to 18
Optional contrast fabric for cuffs and Neck band, Trimmings of your choice, patches, rhinestones, studs, for embellishment.
We recommend a small sewing kit, your own thread, scissors, chalks, meters and pins, if you would like to avoid using the group ones provided during the workshop.
