Please note that deliveries may take longer during peak seasons such as Easter and Summer camps. Please order a least 1 week in advance of the camp start date to ensure delivery on time.
All deliveries are delivered to your home address NOT to the class venues.
RETURNS: Unfortunately and with regret, no returns or refunds will be issued due to a change of mind or if the fabric you have chosen is not suitable for your project. Fabric has been cut to your specific measurements so please read our fabric descriptions carefully before deciding on your fabric choice for your project. If fabrics or items are damaged we will issue a full refund or exchange upon communication and photo evidence within 2 days of delivery.
Fabric cut to specific measurements are classed as a “customised” product under EU Law and cannot be returned unless faulty.
