SWEATSHIRT
DRESS/HOODIE
Intermediate Level
Fabric suggestions
Sweatshirt fabric or Jersey
If you can’t get ribbing, you may use the stretch material from the garment itself.
TIP: Use your imagination when designing this garment. Do some research and look at sweatshirt designs, look at the print and any embellishment’s they have used. This is what will make your design stand out from the rest. Changing the fabric on the sleeves, adding faux fur on the pocket. Sequins are always fantastic on a garment. A hood is optional.
This garment can be made as a dress or sweatshirt. With or without a hood.

FABRIC SUGGESTIONS:
Light/Medium weight stretch twill or denim with AT LEAST 20% STRETCH in the width (across grain)
